POLICIES
Our policies are set in place to protect our customers and business. Please read carefully through our policies to ensure that you are well-informed before going through our services.
All services are non-refundable
Our pieces are meant to last years with proper care. Our forever jewelry is dainty, so pulling or accidentally snagging on the piece of jewelry may result in a broken chain. We do not replace broken chains. If the chain breaks at the link due to getting snagged, improper care, pulling on the chain, or being too rough will result in having to purchase a new chain.
The client assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage to charms or connectors once the client leaves the studio or chair. The business or technician is not at fault for any loss or damages.
However, if the jewelry piece breaks at the weld or jump ring, we will replace the jump ring and reweld the chain per our warranty program. To avail of this service, you must enter our warranty program to show proof of purchase from Lock & Cure. Please click here if you haven’t already signed up for our warranty program after getting your forever jewelry.
If the client doesn’t like the jewelry placement once the piece has been welded when the client is still in the studio, Lock and Cure will charge a $5 re-welding fee.
If the client has left the studio and wants to change the placement there is a $15 re-welding fee.
For bookings of a party of more than 3 customers please email lockandcure@gmail.com to schedule. As of right now, we are working out of the Cure Pmu studio and there is not enough room to accommodate more than 3 people at a time.
All charms, pendants, and connectors are a separate charge.
All Lock & Cure Clients who have not signed up for our warranty program will have to pay a $15 re-welding fee
Prices are subject to change without notice
